Sara can assist you in the formation of an initial Estate Plan or in modifying your Plan as your family’s needs and situation change by preparing documents such as Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives and Guardianship Documents. In the event of your death, Sara can guide your family in settling your estate according to your wishes.

​Consultations & Hourly Rate-$300 per hour

 

Simple Will Based Package-$1,200

Includes Will, Personal Property Memorandum, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Last Illness Declaration (living will, anatomical gifts and disposition of last remains)

**Additional Fee of $250 for Contingent Trusts for minors**

Disclaimer Trust Package-$1,700 minimum

A/B Marital Deduction Planning-$3,000 minimum

Probate and Estate Administration Services

Probate is the legal process through which a person’s estate is settled after their death. It includes validating the will, inventorying the deceased’s assets and appraising assets, paying debts and taxes, and finally making sure the remaining assets according to the decedent’s Will or as dictated by state law if the decedent did not have a Will in place. Estate Administration is the legal process through which a person’s estate is administered if they had a Trust based estate plan in place at the time for their death. Coping with the loss of a loved one is difficult and Sara strives to guide you through the probate or administration process as efficiently and compassionately as possible to ensure that both your loved ones wishes are honored and the relevant legal requirements are met.
