Service Description

Half day mediation sessions begin at 9am unless otherwise agreed by the parties and mediator. Once the date has been confirmed with both parties, we will send out confirming documentation and an invoice for the required advanced fee (2 hours of time for a half day session), which is due 10 days prior to your mediation session. Unless otherwise agreed, Sara's hourly rate is to be shared equally between the parties. Mediation sessions must be cancelled at least 7 business days in advance for a refund of the advanced fee. Mediation sessions are typically held at our office in Frisco unless another location is requested and agreed upon by the parties and mediator.
